4. We ship all over Europe. Shipping costs € 17.99 (VAT included). Your package will be delivered within 2-7 working days by DPD courier.

5. For purchases from 60 € (including VAT), delivery throughout Lithuania is free.

When ordering goods, the buyer undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address of the goods. The payment for the delivery service is added to the price of the goods indicated on the website of the danilovo.lt online store and valid at the time of ordering the goods. Delivery cost can be either fixed or depending on the cost or weight of the goods ordered by the Buyer.

The buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods were delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the delivered goods to the wrong person.

The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the conditions specified in the product description. The delivery time of the goods starts from the next business day after the confirmation of the Order by the Seller. These conditions are preliminary. They also do not apply in cases where the required product is not in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is notified of the shortage of the ordered product. By approving these Rules, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Parties will make every effort to agree on the terms and conditions of delivery of the goods. If the Seller does not deliver the goods within an additional period and if the Seller and the Buyer do not agree otherwise, the Buyer can exercise the right provided for by these Rules - to withdraw from the sales contract (in the case of clause 3.1) or cancel the order (in the case of clause 3.2 or 3.3 ). If the goods were paid in advance, the money paid for the goods is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days.

If it is indicated on danilovo.lt that the goods are arriving and the planned time of arrival of the goods is indicated, the Buyer has the right to leave his e-mail address, to which the Seller will send information about the arrival of the goods. The goods are delivered to the buyer in one of the selected ways indicated on the danilovo.lt online store page and at the time of ordering the goods.

In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the delivery time of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

In all cases, if the buyer notices packaging irregularities, inconsistencies in the set (assortment), quantity of the delivered goods, the courier or post office or the responsible officer issuing the goods must comment on the shipping document or draw up a separate report on these violations. The purchaser must do this in the presence of the courier or post office employee or responsible officer. If the Buyer does not check the packaging, the completeness (assortment) of the delivered goods, the quantity and the courier, the post office or the responsible officer in the delivery document provided by the responsible officer, the shipment is considered delivered and intact.
