If the Buyer does not like the purchased product or its quality (and it was not discussed with the Seller), the Buyer has the right to demand from the Seller within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product:
1.1. Replace the product with another product.
1.2. Reduce the price of the product.
1.3. Terminate the sales contract and demand the return of the money paid for the product.
1.4. If it is obvious that the product's defects were caused by the Buyer's violation of the rules for using or storing the product, such product will not be replaced, and the money will not be refunded.


2.1. The Buyer informs the Seller about the returned product(s) by e-mail info@danilovo.lt, indicating the order number, the name of the returned product and the reason for the return.
2.2. After receiving the request, the Seller contacts the Buyer within 2 working days and agrees the details of the product return.
2.3. The product to be returned must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance, in the same composition as it was received by the Buyer. It is returned in the original, neat Seller's packaging. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.
2.4. After receiving the returned product, the Seller makes sure that the product has not been used and within 5-10 working days returns the money to the bank account indicated by the Buyer (except for the shipping costs of the returned product(s).

Defective goods are returned in accordance with 2001, June 29 th  regulation of the Minister of Economy  No. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" by the approved rules for the return and exchange of items.
