1. TERMS OF RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED IN WWW.DANILOVO.LT STORE
If the Buyer does not like the purchased product or its quality (and it was not discussed with the Seller), the Buyer has the right to demand from the Seller within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product:
1.1. Reduce the price of the product.
1.2. Terminate the sales contract and demand the return of the money paid for the product.
If it is obvious that the product's defects were caused by the Buyer's violation of the rules for using or storing the product, such product will not be replaced, and the money will not be refunded.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE (in LT and other EU countries)
2.1. The Buyer informs the Seller about the returned product(s) by e-mail [email protected], indicating the order number, the name of the returned product and the reason for the return.
2.2. After receiving the request, the Seller contacts the Buyer within 2 working days and agrees the details of the product return.
2.3. The product to be returned must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance, in the same composition as it was received by the Buyer. It is returned in the original, neat Seller's packaging. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.
2.4. After receiving the returned product, the Seller makes sure that the product has not been used and within 5-10 working days returns the money to the bank account indicated by the Buyer (except for the shipping costs of the returned product(s).
3. RETURN PROCEDURE (UK and other non-EU countries)
3.1. The Buyer informs the Seller about the returned item by e-mail [email protected], indicating the order number, the name of the returned item and the reason for the return.
3.2. The Seller, upon receiving the request, contacts the Buyer within 2 business days and agrees on the details of the return of the item.
3.3. The returned item must be unused, not lost in commercial appearance, in the same composition as it was received by the Buyer. It is returned in the original, neat Seller's packaging. Changes to the appearance of the item or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the item are not considered significant changes to the appearance of the item.
3.4. The Buyer organizes the return of the item and pays the shipping costs. Other costs that the Buyer may incur (e.g. customs duties, etc.) are not paid/compensated to the Buyer.
3.5. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall verify that the goods have not been used and shall refund the money for the goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer within 5-10 business days.
